Lake Baldwin Dental accepts personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For treatment plans requiring multiple appointments, payments may be divided in half with half due at the first appointment and the remainder before final delivery of the case. If financing is desired Lake Baldwin Dental partners with Care Credit to provide our patients with flexible payments or interest free options.

Insurance Claims

As a courtesy to our patients, Lake Baldwin Dental will file your insurance claim for you. In addition, your treatment needs will be estimated and the portion your insurance will or will not pay will be presented prior to your treatment. At the end of your appointment, it is customary to pay your estimated balance.
